These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the “App” or “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the App immediately.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or integrity of the App
  • Use the App in a manner that could harm the App, its users, or third parties
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App, servers, or systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or misuse any part of the App

2. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require account creation. If you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are involved in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the App—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design—are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any content from the App
  • Use our trademarks, branding, or logos without prior written permission

Except as expressly permitted, no rights or licenses are granted to you.

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer paid features, digital goods, or subscriptions. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system
  • All sales are final except as required by applicable law or Apple’s policies
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings

We do not control Apple’s billing processes and are not responsible for payment-related issues handled by Apple.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is collected, used, and protected.

6. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for:

  • The content or availability of third-party services
  • Their privacy practices or terms
  • Any damages or losses arising from your interaction with third parties

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the App. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms
  • Your use poses a risk to the App, other users, or third parties
  • Termination is required to comply with legal obligations

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
